Account information
Customers must submit the correct Player ID, server, region, and other requested details. Completed digital top-ups cannot normally be reversed when the information supplied by the customer was incorrect.
Payments
Orders are processed only after the exact payment is verified. Payment references must be genuine and must match the order amount.
Availability
Prices, packages, delivery estimates, and game availability can change without notice because they depend on upstream suppliers and game publishers.
Abuse
Fraudulent payments, automated attacks, attempts to access private systems, or misuse of the service may result in order cancellation and account blocking.
