We collect information necessary to process and support orders, including customer contact details, game account identifiers, package selections, payment references, IP addresses used for security, and supplier transaction records.
We use this data to validate players, process payments, fulfil top-ups, prevent duplicate transactions, resolve disputes, and maintain financial records. We do not request or need game account passwords for standard Player ID top-ups.
Information may be shared with payment providers and top-up suppliers only as required to complete an order. Administrative access should be restricted and protected with a strong password.
